Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Each item is uniquely created based on your selected design, colors, and/or personalization, which means we are unable to restock or resell these products.
However, your happiness matters to us! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
